Community Responsibility
Our desire to bring happiness to growers and the environment helps us see our responsibility in creating value for the communities where we have vegetable and herb gardens. Organic agriculture requires the environment first, so our gardens are located in remote, mountainous areas and most of the people are ethnic minorities. We build a training program specifically for the EM people in the way they acquire work. Adjusting operations to ensure that EM people can still participate in production requires a high degree of discipline and skill, but can still take time off to do family and village chores according to local custom.
In addition to job training, we organize life skills and thinking skills training classes for all employees and farmers so they can make better choices in life. The family and culture of our employees are always taken into account as part of our operations. Indeed, we have received a lot of support from people in the production garden. Whenever there is a “big job”, we know we can always rely on the community around us. Protecting the environment and biodiversity is another aspect of our commitment. Especially more important in organic farming. With over 10 years of experience, we clearly see that a balanced environment is the key to success. Therefore, we are always looking for ways to maintain biodiversity in the farming environment, guide people to compost cows and buy cow manure for them, Use microorganisms to balance the ecosystem in the garden. . We develop and regularly implement internal training programs for farmers and staff, students to experience biodiversity and its role in protecting termites.
